idba software package provides iterative De Bruijn Graph De Novo short read assembler for transcriptome, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install idba
idba is installed in your system.
Make ensure the idba package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep idba *
You will get with idba package name, version, architecture and description in a table
